Force achieves accreditation for Customer Service Excellence
We have successfully gained accreditation of the new Customer Service Excellence (CSE) standard, which replaces the Charter Mark. Achieving the CSE standard provides independent recognition of the quality of service provided to members of our communities. This standard focuses on areas that members of the public have indicated are a priority for them, with particular focus on delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude.
The assessor was in force for four days and spoke to a good range of users, staff, partners and other agencies and observed service delivery. He was particularly impressed with the strong and effective partnership working arrangements, the activities undertaken to engage with hard to reach groups, and putting customers at the heart of service delivery.
