Our vision
We want you to feel confident that we are dealing with the things that matter to you in your communities.
We are committed to creating safer and stronger communities within Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
In such challenging financial times our communities need to be reassured we are doing everything possible to meet our commitment to the public, as well as ensuring we deliver value for money.
We are committed to providing an excellent service to the people of Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, and we will continue to review the way that we operate to make sure we’re prioritising the things that matter most to our communities.
We have set out some key statements about how we want to work – our operating principles– and what we want to achieve – our strategic outcomes. We use this information in our ongoing work to measure the value of our various services and to identify the best opportunities for future improvement.
Our vision is to be in the top ten out of the 43 forces in England and Wales across all areas of policing from ease of contact to protective services.
We want to encourage you to engage with us and let us know of ways you think we can improve our service and the overall quality of people’s lives in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly .
