All of the below people have been convicted of crimes across the Devon area in recent weeks.

They have all been given custodial sentences upon conviction.

Ben Darling

Ben Darling, aged 25, appeared at Exeter Crown Court on Thursday, February 11, 2010, charged with causing grievous bodily harm during a fight at a bar in the city in May 2009.

Darling was jailed for five years for the attack which fractured the skull of his victim. 

Brian Kelso

Brian Kelso, aged 40, appeared before Exeter Crown Court on Tuesday, February 23, charged with robbery at a convenience store in Palace Avenue, Paignton when alcohol and cash was tolen.

Kelso pleaded guilty to the offence and was jailed for three and-a-half years.
