Working for us can be challenging at times - but it's also incredibly rewarding.
By choosing a career with us you'll be rewarded with a diverse and supportive environment that can bring benefits, both professionally and personally, in many different areas.
This section provides recruitment information covering how to become a police officer, how to join as a special constable or police community support officer and also provides details of our current police staff vacancies. You will be able to download application packs, contact our personnel department and read about current employees' experiences working in a variety of roles across the Force.
Devon and Cornwall Police currently have a recruitment freeze. This includes the recruiting of Transferees. We do not expect to review the situation until August 2013 although during this time we will continue to monitor any developments.
Please note that we have no further information, and therefore are unable to discuss any enquiries relating to officers wishing to transfer from other Forces to Devon and Cornwall Police. Please monitor this website for further updates.
