Update - Man charged with robbery and possession of offensive weapon.

A 19-year-old man, Lewis Wilde from Plymouth has been charged with robbery and unlawful possession of an offensive weapon in connection with the armed robbery which occurred at the Efford Road Post Office on Wednesday 29th December.

 

He will appear before Plymouth Magistrates Court today.

 

The 23-year-old man also arrested in connection with the robbery has been releaed from custody with no further action being taken against him.
