Police appeal following incidnets of harassment - Redruth

A 47 year-old man from Helston has been arrested following a number of incidents in the Redruth area.


There have been three separate reported incidents in the last three weeks where lone woman have been approached by a motor cyclist and harassed and subjected to inappropriate comments.


The first incident occurred on Thursday 1st March at around 10.30am. Two further incidents occurred on Sunday 11th March between 3.00pm and 4.00pm.



Police believe that all three incidents are linked, and suspect that other incidents may have occurred which have gone unreported.
They would like to hear from anyone who has been the victim of any other incident or from anyone who may know the identity of the offender.


The arretsed man has been released on police bail until 23 March 2012.
