Appeal after robbery, Exeter

Exeter Police are investigating a robbery which happened at the rear of the Southgate Hotel at about 12.20 p.m. on Thursday 14 February 2013.


A woman was walking along a footpath when she was approached by a man who punched her in the head and stole her mobile phone. Although her injuries are not serious, she has been taken to the RD&E.


A 28 year old local man was arrested in connection with this incident and later released on police bail until 16th April pending further enquiries.
