Teenager racially abused, Plymouth

Police in Plymouth are appealing for information after a teenager was racially abused in the city centre.
The incident took place at around 1615 hours on Tuesday, 19 February 2013 outside the Marks and Spencer Foodhall at the top of Cornwall Street.
The 17-year-old male victim was crossing the road with friends when the driver of a white Ford Galaxy pulled up, wound down his window and directed racial abuse at him.
The man also threatened the teenager.
As it was half-term week, the area was busy with shoppers and officers are appealing for anyone who may have information regarding the incident to contact them on 101 or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555 111, quoting reference EC/13/1705.
