- If a refresh fails, try returning to the previous page and repeat the action which led to this error.
- If repeating the action still causes the error, please wait a few minutes and try the action again, if someone else has reported the problem to us we will already be attempting to fix the problem.

Whilst this office is making all efforts to reduce this backlog there could be a significant delay in processing any new applications. The Information Commissioners Office is aware of this issue.
