Man dies following incident in Panniers pub, Barnstaple
Death not being treated as suspicious.
One man has died following an incident in Barnstaple.
Police were contacted at around 9:40am on Thursday 16 November by the ambulance service, to report that they were at the scene of a man in cardiac arrest in the Panniers pub in Barnstaple.
He was subsequently taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Police have now been informed that the 29-year-old local man died in hospital on Saturday 18 November.
His death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is to be prepared for the coroner.
