Two boys attacked

Officers in Truro are appealing for information following a robbery which happened on Tuesday 20 August on a footpath near Trelawney Road at around 4.30pm.

A 12-year-old boy was assaulted by an unknown male before having his wallet stolen which contained cash. The suspect then assaulted the boy’s brother.

DC Matt Cobb said: “This was a nasty incident and we are asking the public to get in touch if you have any information to help with our investigation.

“The suspect is described as white, aged 15-years-old to 16-years-old, tall with a skinny build. He was wearing a black hoody, black jeans and grey Nike trainers with a white tick logo.

“The suspect had grey gloves and had a brown mark which could possibly be a bruise to the right cheekbone.”
