Money and tobacco stolen

At 6.20am on Saturday 14 March, an unknown man entered the Spar convenience store in Churchtown, Mullion, with a double-barrelled shotgun. He made a demand and left the store with cash and tobacco.

The man was last seen heading in the direction of the churchyard.

He is described as being more than 6ft in height, possibly aged in his 30s, and was wearing a full-face balaclava, black coat and wellies.

Police are keen to reassure the public that this is being treated as an isolated incident.

Officers are appealing for any witnesses who may have information in relation to this incident, or know the identity of the man pictured, to call 101, quoting crime reference CR/22311/20.
