Police appeal for witnesses

Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information following an assault in Kingsbridge.

The incident happened at around 12.30am on Saturday 14 April on Cookworthy Road.

The victim, a 19-year-old man, was walking alone when he was approached by a group of six unknown men. The victim was pushed to the ground before being kicked by three of the offenders.

The offenders are described as male, 15-16 years old and are believed to have been wearing dark clothes and hooded tops.

Anyone who witnessed the incident and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101@dc.police.uk or by calling 101 quoting crime reference CR/031457/18.
