Fatal Collision, A30 near Daisymount Cross

One man died in collision

Police are renewing their appeal for witnesses following a fatal collision on the eastbound A30. 

The incident happened on Wednesday 28 November at 6.14pm on the A30 near Daisymount Cross, Ottery St Mary. 

The pedestrian, a man in his 40s, was confirmed deceased following a collision involving a car. 

Investigating officers are keen to hear from any motorists who were travelling on the A30 between Exeter and Honiton in the Daisymount area between 5.55pm and 6.15pm if they have not already been spoken to. 

Police are appealing for any sightings and information of a man with a dog, dressed in dark clothing with light coloured shoes, in the area at this time.
