Can’t get through?

If you can, ClickB4UCall

Due to the current severe weather conditions in Devon and Cornwall, demand on our non-emergency 101 telephone line is expected to rise.

If you can, and it’s not an emergency, please use one of our online contact methods if it is safe to do so. They are all received in our contact centre just like a 101 phone call. This will help to free up the 101 phone lines for people who are not online.

All are available from the contact page of our website.

In an emergency always call 999.

Tell us about a crime: Email 101@dc.police.uk or use our secure online reporting form.

Ask us a question: use our LiveChat service – on our website home page or contact page you’ll see a box with an orange cartoon character on it and “Click here” when it’s available. Or use 101@dc.police.uk

Not sure if it’s the police that can help? Then AskNED, our non-emergency directory that points you towards agencies that can help you better than the police for many matters.
