Incident involved grey-coloured car and 13-year-old cyclist

Police investigating a reported hit-and-run involving a 13-year-old girl in Launceston are appealing for information.

A grey-coloured car collided with the child, who was on her bicycle, on the main road through the Boyton area, near the primary school, at around 3.15pm on Sunday 27 September before leaving the scene.

The girl sustained minor injuries.

Anyone with information or CCTV footage of the area is asked to call police on 101, or email 101@dc.police.uk, quoting crime reference CR/081702/20.
