Police seek to identify two men
Police are seeking to identify and speak to two men following a serious assault in Plymouth.
Investigating officers would like to speak to two further men [pictured] in connection with the incident as they may have information vital to the investigation.
On Saturday 30 June 2018 at about 3:05am, an incident occurred at the bus shelter on Derrys Cross Plymouth. The shelter is adjacent to the Theatre Royal at its junction with Royal Parade.
During the incident the victim, a 35-year-old man, sustained serious injuries. He was taken to Derriford hospital by ambulance. He remains in hospital at this time in a stable condition and has made significant progress in his recovery.
PC Lindsey Redding said: “We’re appealing for anyone who recognises either of the men shown in this image to get in touch.
"We’d also urge anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information, and hasn’t already spoken to police, to do so.”
A 22-year-old man was arrested in connection with this incident in July and released under investigation pending further enquiries.
