Police re-issue appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage

Police have re-issued an appeal for witnesses following a collision in Plympton, Plymouth, in which a motorcycle rider died on Friday 3 July. 

The incident in Hillcrest Drive, at its junction with Longwood Close, happened at around 2.20pm and involved two vans and a motorcycle.

Sadly the motorcyclist, a 27-year-old local man, was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

Officers are particularly looking for drivers who were travelling from the Glen Road direction onto Hillcrest Drive, towards Ridgeway, around the time of the collision to come forward.

Dashcam and CCTV footage is also being sought.
