Driver sought after hit-and-run collision, Penzance


Cyclist left injured

Police are seeking witnesses to a hit-and-run collision in Penzance which left a cyclist injured.

The 50-year-old man was riding his bike at Longrock Bypass when he was stuck from behind by a car.

The man, from Penzance, was knocked off his bike and was treated at Treliske Hospital for a back injury.

The car failed to stop after the collision which happened between 7.40pm and 7.50pm on Tuesday 5 March.

Police are investigating the incident and asking for the public’s help to trace the car and the driver.
