Cyclist in hospital
Police are appealing for information about a collision between a cyclist and a car near Penryn yesterday, Wednesday 25 November.
The incident, involving a red Peugeot, occurred at around 2.30pm on Trenoweth Lane, Mabe Burnthouse.
The driver, a 23-year-old female, was uninjured and the cyclist, a 73-year-old male, sustained serious injuries and is receiving treatment in hospital.
Officers from the Alliance Roads Policing Team conducted an investigation at the scene to establish the cause of the collision.
Police are appealing for any witnesses who were in the area at the time to get in touch by calling 101 or via email at 101@dc.police.uk quoting log number 416, 25/11/20.
