One man charged

A man has been charged with five counts of attempted murder following a serious incident in Plymouth on Saturday 19 September.

Police were called to Albert Road, Stoke, just before 10pm on Saturday. Three men were found with stab wounds, with one of the men suffering potentially life-changing injuries.

Officers also located two female pedestrians who had been involved in a collision with a vehicle. One woman sustained serious injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening, and the other woman sustained minor injuries. All five people were taken to Derriford Hospital for treatment.

Parry Williams, 54, of no fixed abode, Plymouth, has been charged with five counts of attempted murder and is due to appear before Plymouth magistrates this morning, Monday 21 September.
