Witness appeal

A man has sustained life threatening injuries following a collision yesterday [Monday 19 February 2018] on A390 at the junction of the B3275 in Tresillian, Cornwall.

The incident happened at approximately 11.15am. Police were notified of a serious road traffic collision involving a white car, a blue Skoda car and a grey Peugeot.

As a result of the incident the driver of the Skoda, an 85-year-old man local to the St Austell area, received life-threatening injuries and was taking to Treliske Hospital.

The occupants of the Peugeot received minor injuries.

Officers from the Roads Policing Team and Serious Collision Investigation Team are appealing for witnesses to come forward contacting police via 101@dc.police.uk or by calling 101 quoting log number 208 19/02/18.
