Police are keen to identify and speak to the men pictured following reports of fraud in Plymouth.
Police are investigating reports of theft and fraud where a credit card was taken from a vehicle and later used to make a number of payments at shops around the city.
The incidents are reported to have taken place between Tuesday 19 and Sunday 24 March.
Investigating officers are keen to speak to the men pictured as its thought they may have information vital to the investigation.
Anyone who recognises the men and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101.
