Police have appealed for help to identify the man pictured following a report of arson in Exeter.
The incident took place between 12.05am and 12.10am in Pavilion Place on Thursday 11 April.
Rubbish inside a wheelie bin, in a car port area, was set alight. The fire and smoke destroyed the bin and caused damage to the ceiling panels of the car port.
Officers investigating the incident are keen to identify the man pictured as it is thought he may have information vital to the investigation.
Anyone who recognises the man, or has information, is urged to contact police.
