Pedestrian vs cyclist collision, Exeter

Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision

At around 5pm on Tuesday 4 December, a man, aged 52, and a cyclist collided on the pathway on Exe Bridges roundabout,

The location was by the opening to the pedestrian underpass, and the pathway to the Marks and Spencer car park. 

As a result of the collision, the pedestrian sustained two broken bones in his leg and was in surgery for five hours. 

The cyclist is described as a white man He was reported to be wearing all black cycling gear and a black and orange helmet. 

Police are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or has information to please call 101 or email 101@dc.police.uk and quote reference CR/112612/18.
