Police appeal for information following incident in the Landsdowne Pub

Police have appealed for witnesses following an assault in Dawlish that left a man with serious facial injuries.

Officers are investigating an incident which happened at around 11.30pm at the Landsdowne Pub, in Park Road, on Thursday 2 May.

The victim was struck in the face with a glass inside the pub, close to the front door, causing a deep cut to his cheek. 

A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault and released under police investigation.
