Police appeal for witnesses

Police investigating reports of public disorder at a Plymouth pub have appealed for witnesses. 

The incident involving a male and a female suspect happened at Stoke Bar and Grill in Stoke Village between 10.30pm and 11pm on Saturday 21 September.

The pair were involved in an altercation with door staff and other customers after becoming aggressive inside the pub.

Police are seeking witnesses to the incident and asking anyone who may have witnessed the behaviour of the pair inside and outside the bar. The male suspect was wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.

A 40-year-old man from St Austell has been arrested on suspicion of affray and a 37-year-old woman from Plymouth has been arrested on suspicion of assault and a public order offence. Both have been released on bail until 16 October.
