Have you seen Phillip?

Police have issued a re-appeal for the public’s help in locating a man who was reported found, but is still missing.

Police are concerned for the welfare of Phillip Weare, pictured, who went missing from his home in Liskeard, Cornwall, a month ago.

The 45-year-old is thought to be sleeping rough in Plymouth or in the areas of St Germans or Anthony, near Torpoint, East Cornwall.

Police have released a more up-to-date image of Phillip.

Phillip is described as being he is 6’ in height, of slim build, with shaved fair hair. He is believed to be wearing a dark jacket with a grey hood, possibly green Adidas trousers, and trainers. His teeth are in poor condition and he probably has a bag with him.

Anyone who sees Phillip is asked to contact police on 101 or email quoting log number 193, 8/6/20.
