Update: Fresh appeal over serious collision, Tregony
Police continue to appeal for information
Police are appealing to speak to the driver of the vehicle pictured which is believed to have been in the area around the time of the collision.
Emergency services were called at 2pm on Thursday 3 October after a black Audi A3 overturned on the B3287 near to the Creed junction.
The driver, a 29-year-old man from the Truro area, sustained serious back injuries. He has since been discharged from hospital and is recovering at home.
Investigating officers are keen to identify and speak to the driver of a dark coloured vehicle, possibly a Range Rover or Land Rover. It’s thought that this vehicle was in area at the time of the incident and that the driver may have seen the Audi prior to the collision.
Anyone who recognises the vehicle and anyone with information relevant to the incident, is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log 398 3/10/19.

Man left seriously injured
Police are appealing for witnesses to a single-vehicle collision near Tregony yesterday [3 October] which left a man seriously injured.
Emergency services were called at 2pm after the black Audi A3 overturned on the B3287 near to the Creed junction.
The driver, a 29-year-old man from the Truro area, sustained serious back injuries and was first taken to Treliske Hospital before being transferred to Derriford Hospital.
The passenger, a 28-year-old woman from Newquay, sustained minor injuries and was also taken to Treliske Hospital.
Officers from the Alliance Roads Policing Team carried out an examination of the scene as part of their investigation to establish the cause of the collision.
Police are appealing for any witnesses who were in the area at the time of the collision to get in touch.
They are particularly keen to speak with the occupants of a white family style hatchback car that may have been on the B3287 at the time and may have seen the black Audi travelling towards Tregony.
