Police appeal after thousands of pounds worth of jewellery stolen

Police are appealing for information after more than £4,000 worth of jewellery and other items were stolen from a domestic property in Dawlish.

The burglary occurred at an address on Underwood Close some time between 4.45pm and 9pm on Sunday 20 September.

The items stolen included a Swarovski bracelet, necklace and rings, Armani gents watches and cuff links and an Instrmnt ladies watch.

Police would like to hear from anyone who may have seen anyone acting suspicious in the area prior to the incident and may have information which could assist their enquiries. In addition, officers would like to hear from anyone who comes across secondhand jewellery for sale and suspects it might be stolen.
