Witnesses sought

Officers are appealing for witnesses following reports of a racially aggravated verbal assault which happened on Friday 18 June in Basket Ope, Barbican, in Plymouth.

Between 10.40pm and 10.50pm, it was reported that a man was racially abused at a taxi rank.

The police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information that could help the police with their enquiries.
