Last seen in the Tuckingmill area

Police have reissued their appeal for information to help locate a missing man from Camborne.

Following initial enquires police now believe that the last confirmed sighting of James was shortly before 1am on 6 June on Gas Lane in the Tuckingmill area.

It’s believed that he was not wearing any clothes, except for a pair of socks.

Any residents or businesses with CCTV in the Tuckingmill area that overlooks Gas Lane and the surrounding roads, are asked to secure footage between 00:45am and 03:00am on 6 June and contact police via 101.

Anyone who sees James and anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to contact police on 999 quoting log 579 6/6/20.


James Mitchell missing in West Cornwall

Police have increasing concerns for the welfare of a missing person from the Camborne area. 

James Mitchell was last seen on Saturday 6 June after leaving his home address at around midnight on foot.   

James is a 41-year-old white male, approximately 5’6ft tall and of slim build. He has long greying brown hair with a beard and is possibly wearing a hat. 

He was wearing a hippy style top with sunglasses, jogging bottoms and odd shoes, carrying a bag containing flowers.

Anyone who sees James, or has information as to his whereabouts, is asked to contact police on 999 and quote log 579 of 06/06/2020.
