Serious injury collision near The Lizard

One person injured

On Saturday 10 August around 10.15pm police were advised of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles on the A3083 Mile End, near to The Lizard.

Police, Ambulance and Fire attended the scene and an air ambulance conveyed a 12-year-old boy to Derriford Hospital who was in a serious condition.

The road was closed for a number of hours whilst an investigation took place.

Police would like to thank the public for their patience during the closure while the scene was investigated.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or may have been in the area at the time and have dashcam footage are asked to contact 101, quoting log number 1034 of 10/08/19.
