One person injured

Police were called at around 9.30pm on Saturday 7 December following reports of a collision on Fleet Street, Torquay, between a Stagecoach bus and a single female pedestrian.
The 26-year-old local woman suffered considerable lower leg injuries and was taken to Derriford hospital for treatment.

No other parties were injured in the collision.

The road was closed for a short time whilst emergency services dealt with the injured party and the scene. The police would like to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity and witnessed the collision or may have dash cam footage of the incident or event leading up to it. 

Anyone who witnessed the incident and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log 887 7/12/19.
