Tractor found and returned to owner

A tractor taken from a farm in Bovey Tracey was found on Friday 15 December by local police.

The red McCormick tractor was reunited with its owner after it was found abandoned last week.

 


Information sought by police

Police are appealing for witnesses after the theft of a £30,000 tractor from a farm in Bovey Tracey.

The red McCormick tractor [pictured] was taken from the farm yard overnight on Thursday 30 November to Friday 1 December.

Police are appealing for witnesses and asking anyone who may have seen the vehicle in the area to contact them. It carries the registration number WA10 KWT.

They would also like to hear from anyone who may have been offered the tractor for sale.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police via 101@dc.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting crime reference number CR/104412/17.
