Man charged following serious collision on the A30 near Bolventor


Incident took place on Wednesday 3 January

A man has been charged in connection to a serious collision on the A30 near Bolventor.

At around 7.20pm on Wednesday 3 January, Police were notified of a two vehicle collision that had occurred on the A30 Westbound carriageway between Five Lanes and Bolventor junctions.

Both passengers from the Subaru suffered serious, life threatening injuries and remain at Derriford Hospital. 

Adam Penfold-Carter aged 53 from St Keyne, Liskeard had been charged with two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, and is due to appear at Bodmin Magistrates Court on Friday 5 January.
