Police appeal for information following incident at Carlyon Bay

Police have appealed for information following an assault in St Austell.

The incident took place between 11pm and 11.30pm on Sunday 21 April between Carlyon Bay and Beach Road.  

Officers are investigating reports that an altercation broke out and that a woman was knocked to the floor and kicked. The victim blacked out and suffered an injury to her forehead and a suspected concussion. 

Anyone with information is urged to call police on 101, or email 101@dc.police.uk, quoting crime reference number CR/035124/19.
