Witness appeal

Police were called at around 2.50pm on Thursday 2 September to the A394 at Marazion following reports of a collision.

The incident was reported to have taken place between the Turnpike and Newtown roundabouts and involved a blue motorcycle.

The bike rider left the scene prior to police arrival but has since been spoken to. He was taken to hospital with serious leg injuries where he remains at this time.

Officers from the Roads Policing Team and Serious Collision Investigation Team are appealing for anyone that may have dash cam footage capturing a person leaving the immediate area, to come forward.

Anyone who witnessed the incident and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log 518 02/09/21.
