Land Rover located after appeal

As a direct result of an appeal made yesterday [Thursday 30 January], police investigating a fatal collision near Stithians, Cornwall, have now identified potential witnesses in a Land Rover Discovery 3.

There is no suggestion that the Land Rover was involved in the collision on 28 December, 2019.  

It was believed its occupants could have information or dashcam footage which could help with the investigation. 

Enquiries continue into the incident.

Police have thanked the public for their assistance with the appeal.
