Incidents believed to be linked

Police are appealing for witnesses following several reports of assaults in the Bideford area.

The incidents were reported to have happened between 8pm and 9.30pm on Wednesday 28 November, and are believed to be connected.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who was in the areas of Bridgeland Street and Bideford Quay and saw any altercations taking place.

A group of people, believed to be known to each other, are reported to have been travelling around the town in cars becoming involved in a number of assaults.

Anyone who witnessed the incident and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting CR/110344/18.
