Fight after Ocean City Sounds event


Man knocked unconscious

Police are appealing for information following a fight which happened after the Ocean City Sounds music event in Plymouth in July.

The incident took place at around 11.30pm on Thursday 26 July outside in the area of The Slug and Lettuce pub on Princess Street.

A fight occurred between two groups of males during which one man, who is in his 20s, was knocked unconscious and then had his head stamped on.

Police are trying to trace witnesses or anyone who was passing at the time and may have knowledge.

Two 17-year-old boys from Plymouth were arrested on suspicion of assault and released under investigation pending further investigation.
