Accident

Motorcyclist has died

At approximately 9.45am on Sunday 21st June 2020, Devon & Cornwall Police received details from SWASFT ambulance contol that there had been a collision on the A39 near Wadebridge. The location of the incident was adjacent to the viaduct at Wadebridge.

Ambulance staff including Air ambulance paramedics had located an unconscious male at the roadside. He appeared to have become unseated from a silver Honda motorcycle.

Paramedics including an off duty paramedic carried out CPR at the roadside but sadly the male was declared deceased.

Police are asking for any witnesses to please make contact on 101, quoting log number 307 210620.
