Offences:
- Cause death by dangerous driving
- Cause death by careless / inconsiderate driving
- Cause death by driving without due care and attention / reasonable consideration while unfit through drink
- Cause death by due care while over prescribed limit
- Cause death by driving without due care / consideration while over specified limit - specified controlled drug
- Cause death by driving without due care / consideration while unfit through drugs
Data Limitations:
During the transition period to the new record management system (Niche), whilst we are able to extract data there are significant issues with the quality and therefore the reliability of the data.
The challenges come from 4 main issues:
- Data Migration
- Process review and realignment
- Technical problems
- Data entry/RMS usage errors
We are working to identify and mitigate the risks and resolve the issues, but they are varied and complex.

No driving bans as part of bail conditions were handed out in relation to any causing death by driving in the given time period.
