Data Source:
Collision data from CRASH
Data Processing:
Qlikview report "Road Traffic Collisions", filtered on:
Collision date 01/01/2021 to 21/08/2023.
Data exported. The field "Collision Description" was searched for the following text strings:”e scooter", "e-scooter", "escooter", "c scooter".
Collision Description field read for relevance. Non relevant results removed.
Casualty data:
From the basic dataset, Vehicle data was removed, then duplicates removed on all variables.
Data Limitations:
Data is reliant on the text strings being recorded in the Collision Description field.
