The software is ‘Estates Management Suite’ and the supplier is 3i Studio Ltd.
What is the start date and duration of the contract(s)?
Maintenance is renewed annually. Next renewal is due 23 June 2024.
Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
The licences are perpetual.
Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) will be extended or renewed?
This is decided each year prior to the annual maintenance renewal.
What is the annual value of the contract(s)?
For the period June 23 to June 24, the cost is £5740.
