Between October 1st 2021 to September 30th 2022, there was one homicide resulting from a knife crime.

How many fatalities have there been as a result of road traffic collisions in the past 12 months in Devon and Cornwall?

Between October 1st 2021 and September 30th 2022, there were 52 fatally injured road traffic collision casualties.

Between July 1st 2022 to June 30th 2023, there were 56 fatally injured road traffic collision casualties.

The number of casualties does not necessary relate to the number of collisions.

How many serious injuries have there been as a result of knife crime in the past 12 months in Devon and Cornwall?

Between October 1st 2021 to September 30th 2022, there were 497 reported crimes of ‘violence with injury’ which contained a ‘knife crime’ flag.

Between October 1st 2021 and September 30th 2022, there were 741 seriously injured casualties.
