Have you undertaken a Data Protection Impact Assessment under section 61 Data Protection Act 2018 in respect of the cameras being trialled as described in this BBC report?

The Data Protection Department have provided the following information.

At the time of submitting the FOI request, there was no Data Protection Impact Assessment for this trial. However, we have recently received an updated Data Protection Impact Assessment for the current trial.
