The Professional Standards Department have provided the following information:
Please supply the following information correct on 01/01/2024.
In relation to the 2 officers working in professional standards at the relevant time (01/01/2024) who have misconduct sanctions against them;
- How many misconduct sanctions are recorded for each officer (name them as officer A and officer B for ease of description)
Officer A was the subject of one misconduct sanction. Officer B was the subject of one misconduct sanction.
- What were the dates of the sanctions (ie the conclusion of the matter), include month and year.
Officer A was sanctioned in June 2012.
Officer B was sanctioned in August 2021.
- What category or description was / were the misconduct recorded as.
The misconduct was recorded as follows:
Officer A – Breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, namely Honesty & Integrity, Authority Respect & Courtesy, and Orders and Instructions
Officer B – Breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, namely Duties & Responsibilities, Authority Respect & Courtesy, and Confidentiality
