Officer indecent exposure

The Professional Standards Department have provided the following information:

Data source

Niche (via Qliksense), Centurion

Data processing

• Any crimes recorded on Niche where linked subject was current employee and where Offence Description = "Exposure - SOA 2003"
• Any Conduct or Complaint cases recorded on Centurion where Allegation Summary contained keywords "exposed/exposure/exposing/expose" and manual review of results to identify relevant cases (only including current employees)

My question is whether D&C Police is employing anyone who has ever been involved in indecent exposure ("flashing")

One serving Devon & Cornwall Police employee was previously accused of indecent exposure. The incident was subject of a criminal investigation which was finalised as no further action, due to insufficient evidence
