How many Notice of Prosecution (NIP) have been issued for the offence 'Fail to comply with red light traffic signals' in the last 5 years?
This offence ONLY is required.
The Central Ticket Office have conducted a search on PENTIP over the last 5 years for Notices of Intended Prosecutions sent for fail to comply with red light traffic signals and there was a nil return.
The Road Safety Team have provided the following figures for red light camera offences in the last 5 years.
